Animal Adaptations Project - K-5th Grade
In the Animal Adaptation project, students will go through a series of activities from matching, to creating their own animal, making mocks of birds beaks and feet, writing, brainstorming and much more to learn about animal adaptations and habitats. There are various activities to meet the different grade levels and different ways of learning. During the final portion of the project, students will create their own tool to solve a problem that mimics an animal survival skill. Helpful tools such as a timeline, checklist, information sheets, animal cards, and more are included. This well-thought out and crafted project will surely be engaging, problem-solving, and creative for your students!
